چکیده

Biomedical waste is a collection of medical from diverse sources that pose major risk to human, plant, or animal life now in the future. It cannot be processed discarded off without proper processing. often burnt incineration plants, yielding Incinerated Waste Ash (IBMW) which disposed landfills, are not completely leak-proof. The impact IBMW ash as cement replacement on strength and permeability properties concrete discussed this research. For comparison, control mix created, well five mixes with varying percentages (2.5, 5.0, 7.5, 10 12.5%). Lime reactivity test suggests marginal pozzolanic activity IBMW. experimental study results suggest including 7.5% partial improves compressive by 20%; split tensile 17% flexural 14% compared 28 days. Compressive, tests performed up 90 days age, water absorption, sorptivity, leachate analyses age. Toxicity Characteristic Leaching Procedure (TCLP) was also carried out discussed.

Evaluation of Coal Waste Ash and Rice Husk Ash on Properties of Pervious Concrete Pavement

The use of pervious concrete has been significantly considered in recent years. This consideration is due to the properties of pervious concrete in relating to the environmental sustainability that is utilized in the effective management of the runoff from rainfall. Coal extraction and rice husk obtained from milling, produces wastes that have no application and followed by environmental pollut...

Properties of Concrete with Municipal Solid Waste Incinerator Bottom Ash

The appropriate utilization of Municipal Solid Waste Incineration (MSWI) residues is a worldwide studied topic over the last decades. One of the possibilities is to use MSWI ashes in concrete production, as it is done with coal combustion products. The bottom ash features the most convenient composition for this purpose, and it is available in highest amounts among the MSWI ashes. Untreated bot...

Effect of Sugarcane Bagasse Ash on Strength Properties of Concrete

The present study focuses on the utilization of Sugarcane Bagasse Ash as replacement material for cement in concrete production. Sugarcane Bagasse ash contains high amorphous silica content and aluminium ion. For experimental investigations, Sugarcane bagasse ash and its chemical properties are obtained from KCP sugar factory, Andhra Pradesh. Ordinary Portland cement was partly replaced by suga...

Experimental Study on Strength and Durability Properties of Bio-Self-Cured Fly Ash Based Concrete under Aggressive Environments

High performance concrete is not only characterized by its high strength, workability, and durability but also by its smartness in performance without human care since the first day. If the concrete can cure on its own without external curing without compromising its strength and durability, then it is said to be high performance self-curing concrete. In this paper, an attempt is made on the pe...
